Studying Right - From CasualReading to Transformational Living

Dr. Joshua Kolawole

Are you studying the Bible merely to gather information, or are you approaching the Word of God with a hunger for transformation? Because Scripture was never given just to fill the mind; it was given to renew the heart, reshape the life, and equip the believer to walk in the power and approval of God. Beloved, welcome to Ten Minutes of Supernatural Transformation from Transforming Christ International. I am Dr. Joshua Kolawole, and today, we will discover how the Word of God moves us from casual reading into life-changing transformation. Today, Title of my Message: Studying Right - From Casual Reading to Transformational Living And our anchor Scripture is 2 Timothy 2:15 AMP. "Study and do your best to present yourself to God approved [a workman tested by trial], who has no reason to be ashamed, accurately handling and skillfully teaching the word of truth." INTRODUCTION This verse is one of the most significant New Testament texts on biblical scholarship, spiritual formation, ministerial integrity, and the stewardship of divine revelation. It is not merely a command to read the Bible more often; it is a call to cultivate a life that is approved by God through diligent study, continuous Meditation, faithful interpretation, and obedient application of His Word. The burden is simple but powerful: God is not only looking for people who hear the Word; “James 1 vs 22 – But be Doers of the Word, and Not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” He is forming workers who can rightly handle the Word and live transformed by the Word. Paul is writing from prison to Timothy, his spiritual son, knowing that false teachers are multiplying and that Timothy must preserve the purity of the Gospel. Thus, this verse is not simply an academic instruction—it is a pastoral and theological mandate. Transforming Christ International (TCI) is a nonprofit Christian corporation established in Texas, founded and led by Dr. Joshua Kolawole. Our mandate is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, disciple believers, and empower communities through spiritual growth and socio-economic transformation.

HOW DOES A SINFUL PERSON BECOME RIGHT WITH A HOLY GOD?

HOW DOES A SINFUL PERSON BECOME RIGHT WITH A HOLY GOD?

HOW DOES A SINFUL PERSON BECOME RIGHT WITH A HOLY GOD? Dear listener, Romans chapter 4 answers one of the greatest questions anyone can ever ask: "How does a sinful person become right with a holy God?" The answer is simple and has some complex nuances also: Not by what we do for God, but by believing what God has done and what God has promised. CENTRAL Topic to discuss here is: We become right with God not by what we do for Him, but by trusting what He has done for us through Jesus Christ. and here is the complex nuance - this can only be achieved by Faith The Faith That God Accounts as Righteousness (Romans 4) – That Faith is complete confidence in God’s character that receives His righteousness, trusts His promise, and rests in the finished work of the risen Christ. TAKE HEED HOW YOU HEAR

TAKE HEED HOW YOU HEAR

Welcome to Ten Minutes of Supernatural Transformation. I am Dr. Joshua Kolawole, Transforming Christ International, and today we are considering: TAKE HEED HOW YOU HEAR Have you ever stopped to think about how hearing actually works? The outer ear gathers sound, but sound does not become meaningful until it travels through the middle and inner ear and reaches the brain. Only then is it interpreted, understood, and translated into a response. In the same way, spiritual hearing is more than receiving words. It is allowing the Word of God to enter deeply enough to produce understanding, conviction, direction, and transformation. Beloved, welcome to Ten Minutes of Supernatural Transformation from Transforming Christ International. I am Dr. Joshua Kolawole. And today, we will explore how what you hear can shape who you become. Today, my message is titled: TAKE HEED HOW YOU HEAR And we are standing before one small verse with a very large demand: Luke 8:18. "Therefore, take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he seems to have will be taken from him." The Battle for Your Attention Is the Battle for Your Transformation 2

The Battle for Your Attention Is the Battle for Your Transformation 2

What has your attention right now? Not merely what are you looking at, but what is repeatedly occupying your mind, shaping your emotions, feeding your imagination, and directing your desires? Because your attention is not neutral territory. Whatever consistently receives your attention eventually gains influence over your thinking. Whatever shapes your thinking begins to influence your desires. Your desires affect your decisions, your decisions become habits, and your habits gradually shape the person you are becoming. That is why the battle for your attention is ultimately the battle for your transformation. Distraction is not merely a productivity problem. It is not only the reason you did not finish your assignment, complete your project, return that telephone call, or meet your deadline. Distraction is a discipleship problem because something is always discipling your mind. Something is always teaching you what to desire, what to fear, what to celebrate, what to resent, what to pursue, and what kind of person to become. The question is not whether you are being discipled. The question is: Who or what is discipling you? Welcome to Ten Minutes of Supernatural Transformation. The Spiritual Architecture of Vision - What is your Burden?

The Spiritual Architecture of Vision - What is your Burden?

A God-given burden, when carried into the presence of God, becomes the womb through which divine vision is revealed. Burden alone does not birth vision. Burden that is carried into the presence of God births vision. Pain alone does not produce a child. The process must be completed. The birth will not happen on the street corner of human complaint. It will happen in the delivery room of God’s presence. Vision Is Revelation, Not Human Invention. It is not emotionally generated. So let me ask you plainly: What consistently troubles you? What injustice provokes you deeply? What need will not leave you alone? That persistent weight may not be inconvenience—it may be divine invitation. This week, identify your burden. Take it intentionally to God. And wait for clarity before you act. The vision has an appointed time. It will not be late. Do not run from your burden. It may be the very thing God will use to reveal your vision. Transforming Christ International (TCI) is a nonprofit Christian corporation established in Texas, founded and led by Dr. Joshua Kolawole.
